Returns and Exchanges

For now, once an item is bought, we are unable to process any returns, however, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to our team and we will determine the best solution for you.

Just like returns, exchanges are not allowed, so if you wish to have another product instead, you must purchase it.

Refunds

If there is an issue with your order and you would like a refund, please reach out to our team within 30 days of your purchase and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.

*Please note that there are certain circumstances where we cannot give you a refund, or may only be able to give you a partial refund, however, we plan to be as helpful as possible, and will find a solution no matter what.

Shipping

All orders are shipped every Monday and Thursday unless you pay for upgraded shipping at check out.

Any order placed on Wednesday-Saturday is shipped on Monday, and orders placed on Sunday-Tuesday are shipped on Thursday.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery is currently unavailable unless you are a family member or friend. 

Cleaning Policies

Though gloves are not always worn, all products are made and kept in sanitized areas. Hands, work areas, products, and tools are constantly washed, cleaned, and wiped down before, during, and after production. This also applies to packaging orders, and items are wiped down and sanitized before being packaged and sent off.

Customization

For customized or personalized products, please reach out to us directly through email, or any of our other social media platforms. There we will discuss prices, details of the customized products, time frame, and shipping.

 

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

In the future we hope to transition into a more eco-friendly and sustainable business, especially with our packaging, however we currently use the things we have readily available due to being a smaller business trying to get our feet on the ground.

Additionally, If you would like an order gift wrapped please purchase our "gift wrap" listing, and specify the products you would like wrapped in the note section during checkout! If there is no comment made, we will wrap everything in the cart.
